Our approach at the beginning of every project is to conduct a planning session with the project owner, architect and SDB key personnel. Collectively we define specific project goals outline schedule and budgetary needs. From preconstruction to project closeout SDB will be involved in every project phase making sure that the best decision is determined with input from the entire project team. SDB believes in a team approach whereby decisions are made to the benefit of the project team, not for the benefit of individuals. This allows us to develop a framework of trust and to establish a mutual respect between the customer, SDB and all of the other affiliated team members.
