SDB provided the remodel of interior space including new wall construction, ceilings, electrical/data, plumbing and mechanical, millwork, countertops, doors and hardware, appliances, sliding glass doors and all finishes.
This project required SDB to work within an occupied space and utilized phasing which caused many temporary office relocations to occur. In order to meet deadlines and keep noise and construction related odors down, this project required a good percentage of night and weekend work. This project was phased such that it was necessary to complete the first space in order for the people occupying the second space to move into the newly finished area before beginning work on the second phase. Coordination with facilities personnel, office inhabitants and the project lead was necessary to minimize disruption during this period.
