SDB's Construction management services include the use of partnering philosophies. It is a management process that focuses on cooperation rather than confrontation, and uses trust and respect to build long-term relationships. Our approach at the beginning of every project is to conduct a pre-planning session with the project owner, architect and SDB key personnel. Collectively we define specific project goals outline schedule and budgetary needs. From pre-construction to project closeout SDB will be involved in every project phase making sure that the best decisions arrive from a collaboration decisions made by the project team. We are not the stereotypical construction management firm. SDB believes in a team approach whereby decisions are made to the benefit of the project team, not for the benefit of individuals. Our philosophy is to build relationships first and construction second. This allows us to develop a framework of trust and to establish a mutual respect between the customer, SDB and all of the other affiliated team members.
