SDB has enjoyed working on contracts for numerous School Districts and Universities throughout the Southwest. Our range of work has included Construction Management at Risk, Design-Build, Job order Contracting, High-Tech systems, Site Improvements and Civil services. SDB understands what it takes to successfully complete District projects with challenges such as off-hour time constraints, alternative working conditions, and security/safety issues while maintaining a safe work environment at an educational facility. We perform work during summer breaks, during regular school hours and on many occasions we work weekends. With all of those considerations, we are able to perform quality work on time at a fair price. Have confidence knowing you're working with experienced educational contracting professionals.
