City of Chandler Airport Erosion Control

Grading of shoulder at Chandler airport and application of dust palliative. Installation of drainage pipe and head walls to control water flow away from traffic areas. Hydro seeding of all area’s impacted by grading and traffic. Traffic control on runways and taxiways to control aircraft while grading operations are in effect. Services included: Grading, pipe installation, concrete, asphalt, soil stabilization, hydro seeding, traffic control.

Wittmann Fire Station

Owner: Wittmann Fire District  |  Delivery Method: Design-Bid-Build  |  Budget: $360,363
SDB renovated the interior of the fire station, including new drywall, painting, acoustical ceiling, lighting, electrical and overhead sectional doors. Site improvements included site grading, fencing, concrete and asphalt paving.

Behavioral Healthcare Services Building

Owner: Marana  |  Delivery Method: Design-Bid-Build  |  Budget: $5,528,255
New construction of a 30,000 SF healthcare service building. The project was awarded LEED Silver certification with sustainable features such as a water collection and recycling system, water efficient landscape, low VOC materials, use of regional materials and recycled content and heat island reduction.

IT/Server Room Construction and Transfer

Owner: West Pharmaceutical  |  Delivery Method: Design-Bid-Build  |  Budget: $150,000
Construction of a new IT/Server room for a pharmaceutical facility. The work included framing, drywall, insulation, special ceilings, flooring, paint, FM-200 dry fire suppression system, dedicated HVAC unit with temperature/humidity control, IT racks, data wiring, access control/card readers. Data servers from the existing server room were continuously operational during the transition from the old location to the new IT/Server Room.
