New State Veterans Home Dedicated on Veterans Day
A ribbon cutting ceremony with Arizona Governor, Jan Brewer, and other State Officials acknowledged the completion of the sixteen month project located at the Tucson Veteran's Services Hospital Campus. The event honored veterans and dedicated the new 120 bed Veteran's Home on the Tucson VA Hospital campus. Read more...

SDB Awarded Contract for New MHC Behavior Health Services Building
SDB was awarded the new construction of the 30,000 s.f, $4.9 million Marana Healthcare Behavioral Health Services building located next door to the Marana Healthcare Main Clinic. The project will begin October 27, 2011 with completion scheduled for July 2012.

SDB Golf Classic Raises Over $25,000 for Disabled Veterans
On September 16th the 4th annual SDB Golf Classic raised over $25,000 for The Disabled American Veterans of Arizona! SDB Inc. sponsored the event along with over 2 dozen other local businesses. Each year the SDB Golf Classic raises money to benefit the DAV of Arizona. Since its inception, the event has donated roughly $91,000 to the organization.

SDB Project Selected as Finalist for Environmental Award
SDB's Main Street BRT Bus Station project has been selected as a finalist in the "Livable Communities, Multimodal Transportation & Connectivity" category of Valley Forward's 30th Annual Environmental Excellence Awards program. The project involved the installation of 26 bus stations, transit signal priority, queue jump lanes, and dynamic message display signs along the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) route in Mesa, Arizona.

SDB Wins 5 Year JOC Contract with Maricopa County Parks and Recreation
SDB Inc was one of only 2 firms to be awarded a 5 year JOC contract with Maricopa County Parks & Recreation Department. The contract includes pre-construction design services for various projects, such as repairs, additions, renovations & remodeling to the Maricopa County Parks.

San Carlos Unified School District Awards SDB with JOC Contract
SDB was one of three General Contractors awarded a 5 year Job Order Contract with the San Carlos Unified School District. Projected District projects will include construction and repair services, remodeling, renovations, building additions, new buildings, site work, utility improvements and repairs. The San Carlos USD is the 26th JOC contract awarded to SDB since the delivery method was established in 2001. SDB has performed over 1,000 JOC projects to-date.

SDB is awarded 5 year JOC contract with Mohave Educational Services
Mohave Educational Services awarded SDB a 5 year Job Order Contract for the entire State of Arizona. SDB's JOC qualification package competed against more than 30 national and local general contractors. SDB was the only new general contractor chosen and is now the only Arizona-based JOC contractor in the State under contract with Mohave.

City of Phoenix awards 3 year JOC contract to SDB Inc
The City of Phoenix awarded SDB Inc with one of five JOC contracts for general construction services. Under the contract, worth up to 30 million dollars, SDB will be performing miscellaneous construction projects under $250,000 throughout the city.
