SDB Wins 5 Year JOC Contract with Maricopa County Parks and Recreation

SDB Inc was one of only 2 firms to be awarded a 5 year JOC contract with Maricopa County Parks & Recreation Department. The contract includes pre-construction design services for various projects, such as repairs, additions, renovations & remodeling to the Maricopa County Parks.
SDB is awarded $28M Design-Build project for Tucson Veteran's Home

Veteran Services of Arizona awarded the Design-Build construction for their Tucson Veteran's home to the team of SDB Inc, Haydon Building Corporation and Orcutt-Winslow architectural firm. The veteran housing project is the second of its kind in the State of Arizona. The 130,000 s.f. project will house approximately 140 occupants.
San Carlos Unified School District Awards SDB with JOC Contract

SDB was one of three General Contractors awarded a 5 year Job Order Contract with the San Carlos Unified School District. Projected District projects will include construction and repair services, remodeling, renovations, building additions, new buildings, site work, utility improvements and repairs. The San Carlos USD is the 26th JOC contract awarded to SDB since the delivery method was established in 2001. SDB has performed over 1,000 JOCÂ projects to-date.
SDB is awarded 5 year JOC contract with Mohave Educational Services

Mohave Educational Services awarded SDB a 5 year Job Order Contract for the entire State of Arizona. SDB's JOC qualification package competed against more than 30 national and local general contractors. SDB was the only new general contractor chosen and is now the only Arizona-based JOC contractor in the State under contract with Mohave.
City of Phoenix awards 3 year JOC contract to SDB Inc

The City of Phoenix awarded SDB Inc with one of 5 JOC contractors for general construction services. Under the contract, worth up to 30 million dollars, SDB will be perform miscellaneous construction projects under $250,000 throughout the city.
