SDB Inc., an Arizona based General Contractor, established in 1980, was recently awarded a multi-year contract by the State of Arizona Department of Administration to provide Job Order Contracting (JOC) services to state entities. The period of performance for all work under the contract is five years from the effective date of the contract.

Purchase orders issued under this contract may include work for new construction projects, modification or rehabilitation of facilities, varying from routine general construction to installation of complex special HVAC systems. Orders also may include work on building interiors and exteriors, including architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, environmental, and underground or surface utility system work.

The award of this new State of AZ JOC contract, combined with SDB's vast Job Order Contracting (JOC) experience and client centric customer focus will ensure that the State of Arizona will receive the construction support needed to maintain their facilities.
