SDB was contracted to perform preconstruction, design and general contracting services for this 4 acre park as part of the CMAR team selected by the City of Phoenix. Other services performed included value engineering, scheduling, cost estimating, constructability studies and engineering coordination. Supporting elements for the project included: field lighting, a paved entry, eighty-space parking lot with lighting, pedestrian walkways, landscaping, and ramadas with associated lighting. The project also included a rest room with associated water, sewer, electrical, lighting, and water fountain.
