17+ Years Working with School Districts

SDB has enjoyed working on contracts for numerous School Districts throughout the state of Arizona. Our range of work has included Construction Management at Risk, Design-Build, Job order Contracting, High-Tech systems, Site Improvements and Civil services. During our 17+ years of experience with School Districts, we’ve faced many different types of challenges and have proved to be resilient.  SDB understands what it takes to successfully complete District projects with challenges such as off-hour time constraints, alternative working conditions, and security/safety issues while maintaining a safe work environment at the school facility. We have performed work during summer breaks, during regular school hours and on many occasions we have worked weekends. Memorial Union Plaza Renovation
Arizona State University, Tempe Campus

This JOC project involved the demolition and installation of a custom shade structure and renovation of the existing plaza. Concrete, steel fabrication, electrical and landscaping services were performed during off-hours with minimal interruption the campus environment and faculty. This area serves as an outdoor lounge for students and faculty in the heart of the ASU campus.

Boys & Girls Clubs
Jerry Colangelo Branch

SDB served as the General Contractor for this 25,000 SF ground-up youth recreational facility. Featuring a full size basketball court and gymnasium, the facilities also include an outdoor sports field and basketball court with scoreboards, game room, cafeteria with state-of-the-art kitchen, lockers and administration offices.
