SDB's Building Division offers turn-key solutions for construction projects including new building construction, site development services, tenant improvements, construction management and pre-construction services.
SDB has the capabilities to self perform a variety of services including framing, drywall, finishes, ceilings, flooring, metal fabrications, carpentry, demolition, concrete, and installation of doors and windows. We also have our own Civil Division that performs site and civil work. Our self-performance capabilities give our clients the added benefit of knowing that we have a work force available that can perform general carpentry work at a moment's notice. This is especially important for jobs that have fast tracked project schedules. We are able to mobilize our own field carpenters quickly and have work performed 24 hours a day as well as night and weekend schedules.

The project is the second of its kind in the State of Arizona. The ±130,000 square foot LEED facility houses 120 occupants with accommodations such as single dwelling units, activity rooms, common dining areas, rehabilitation facility and outdoor courtyard space.

Main St. BRT Bus Station
City of Mesa
SDB was selected by Valley Metro to install 26 stations, transit signal priority, queue jump lanes, and dynamic message display signs along the new Bus Rapid Transit route in Mesa, Arizona. The BRT functions as a 12.5 mile long extension to the light rail system.

Dining Room Expansion
Arizona Veterans Services - Phoenix, AZ
Dining room expansion for Arizona State Veterans. Constructed a new two story addition adjacent to the existing dining rooms (approximately 1,900 SF per floor) for a total of 3,800 SF in the existing courtyard. This project consisted of modifications to mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems to expand existing systems for the new area. Modifications to the existing fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems were required.
