Sustaining Operations

Since 1980 SDB has been performing General Contracting services throughout the State of Arizona. Our three contracting divisions: Sustaining Operations, Building Division, and Civil Division, have allowed us to expand our services across many sectors including education, high-tech, retail, office, industrial, government, tenant improvement and site development. With the dedication of more than 150 employees, SDB has been recognized with numerous awards over the years. We believe the best results are achieved when people work together as a team. Our goal is to simplify the complexities of construction for our clients so that the process is efficient and rewarding.
