Diablo Stadium Lighting

This project involved the remove of an existing baseball field lighting system, SES, and transformer, and the installation of a new light system and primary power connection.

Main St. BRT Bus Station
Mesa, AZ

SDB was selected by Valley Metro to install 26 stations, transit signal priority, queue jump lanes, and dynamic message display signs along the new Bus Rapid Transit route in Mesa, Arizona. The BRT functions as a 12.5 mile long extension to the light rail system.

Fleet Vehicle Maintenance Facility remodel
City of Goodyear

This JOC involved concrete demolition, installation of a new shade structure, new vehicle maintenance systems, landscaping and concrete paving.

Desert Broom Park
Cave Creek Rd & Tatum Blvd. – Phoenix, AZ

SDB was contracted to perform preconstruction, design and general contracting services for this 4 acre park as part of the CMAR team selected by the City of Phoenix. Other services performed included value engineering, scheduling, cost estimating, constructability studies and engineering coordination. Supporting elements for the project included: field lighting, a paved entry, eighty-space parking lot with lighting, pedestrian walkways, landscaping, and ramadas with associated lighting. The project also included a rest room with associated water, sewer, electrical, lighting, and water fountain.
