David Dopp - Safety & QA/QC Director
As the Safety Director, David leads the implementation and continuous improvement of SDB's safety management programs. David mitigates risk by training, coaching and mentoring operations leaders, safety professionals, clients and subcontractors in the tools and requirements of SDB's safety program. David effectively communicates and collaborates with central leadership, regional operations, project management teams and subcontractors to ensure safety strategies and programs align with regulatory expectations and policies, ensuring that SDB maintains safety performance standards and specifications. David's diligent efforts have earned SDB an impressive safety rating of .58.
Tab Barth - Projects Director
As SDB's Projects Director, Tab manages the strategic aspects of project development and mitigates risk. Tab directs the activities of project managers and makes sure that projects stay on track, review project proposals, and makes decisions on which projects will be pursued. He ensures that the project managers have the resources necessary to complete projects, including materials, trained staff, and funding. Tab offers assistance, advice and keeps the team accountable for the goals of the project. Tab is skilled in leadership, budgeting, project management and the procedures used to consistently meet departmental goals.
Don Walters - Director of Construction: Northern Arizona
Don Walters is directly responsible for all operations and development of the Northern Arizona markets for SDB. Don has an impressive background with over 35 years of industrial, commercial, and residential construction and development projects. He has completed many Northern Arizona projects including Joy Cone's manufacturing facility, Woodlands Village Shopping Center, Sedona Creative Life Center, Foxboro Ranch Estates subdivision, and SCA Tissue's Bellemont warehouse expansion to name a few. Don is a native of Northern Arizona and very active within and committed to the region.
Eric Stanford - Texas Operations Director
Eric Stanford is directly responsible for all Texas Operations which includes the development of the company in local Texas markets throughout the state. He is also well versed in various delivery methods such as Job Order Contracting/IDIQ, Design-Build and negotiated projects. Eric's management style encourages safety and team leadership and engages employees to meet company goals. With his strong leadership and organizational skills, he maximizes the allocation of resources with full oversight of construction projects from inception to final acceptance. He has a diverse background in the construction industry from the renovation/construction of Schools, Universities, Hospitals, Manufacturing Plants and other municipal facilities for state and local government entities.
