Don Walters - Director of Construction: Northern Arizona
Don Walters is directly responsible for all operations and for the development of the company in the Northern Arizona markets. Don Walters has an impressive background combining annual construction revenues over $25 million and the management of over 250 people. Don has completed projects for Motorola, Intel, American Express, SGS Thomson, Phoenix General North Hospital, Borders Books, Tower Plaza Shopping and many other clients.
Lisa Bentley - Director of Marketing
As the Director of Marketing, Lisa is responsible for establishing and implementing strategic and tactical communications plans designed to capitalize on market opportunities. Lisa builds brand awareness and enhances SDB's reputation through strategic campaigns, public speaking engagements, tradeshows and public relations activities. Working directly with the Executive Leadership Team, Project Management Team, Clients and Industry Organizations, Lisa develops and implements targeted campaigns that enhance the client experience and actively monitors client relationship management processes and technologies. Lisa maintains and disseminates knowledge of marketing trends, developments, and best practices; she is self-motivated, resourceful and has outstanding communication and leadership skills.

John Hedlund - Projects Director
As SDB's Sustaining Operations Projects Director, John manages the strategic aspects of project development and mitigates risk. John directs the activities of project managers and makes sure that projects stay on track, reviews project proposal, and makes decisions on which projects will be pursued. He ensures that the project managers have the resources necessary to complete projects, including materials, trained staff, and funding. John offers assistance, advice and keeps the team accountable for the goals of the project. John is skilled in leadership, budgeting, project management and the procedures used to consistently meet departmental goals.
David Dopp - Safety Director
As the Safety Director, David leads the implementation and continuous improvement of SDB's safety management programs. David mitigates risk by training, coaching and mentoring operations leaders, safety professionals, clients and subcontractors in the tools and requirements of SDB's safety program. David effectively communicates and collaborates with central leadership, regional operations, project management teams and subcontractors to ensure safety strategies and programs align with regulatory expectations and policies, ensuring that SDB maintains safety performance standards and specifications. David's diligent efforts have earned SDB an all time low E-Mod rate of 0.64.
